INGREDIENTS
FOR EGGLESS MAYONNAISE:
1. ½ cup milk, chilled
2. ¾ cup oil
3. ½ tsp mustard powder
4. ¼ tsp pepper powder
5. ½ tsp sugar
6. ½ tsp salt
7. 1 tbsp vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
EGGLESS MAYO PREPARATION:
In a small mixer, take ½ cup milk, ½ cup oil, ½ tsp mustard powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.
Pulse and blend 10 times.
Now the mixture has thickened.
Slowly add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp vinegar.
Close and pulse 10 more times.
Now the mixture has thickened even further.
Further, add 2 more tbsp oil and pulse 5 times.
The mixture will turn very thick and creamy.
Finally, eggless mayonnaise is ready to enjoy.
