Rajma Pakoras Recipe in Air Fryer

Ingredients:
250 gm Rajma
75 gm tomato finely chopped
50 gm finely chopped onion
2 green chilies chopped fine
30 gm chopped coriander
Juice of half lemon
10 gm each of chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder
50 gm oats
30 gm breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Soya refined oil for frying
How to make Rajma Pakoras:
Soak Rajma overnight and then cook in a pressure cooker. Mash and add other ingredients except for oats and breadcrumbs and mix well.
Shape into small balls, and roll in crumb and oats mixtures. Now deep fry in oil till it gets golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chutney.
