Vegetable Rice | Clay pot | Pulav
Hi-Tech clay pots are made with the latest Korean technology. Its technology powers your food with high nutritional value. Ingredients:
· 3 cups Basmati Rice
· 3 cups water
· 1 cup green beans
· 2 large carrots
· 1 cup chopped red onions
· 1 garlic cloves
· ½ inch ginger
· Salt to taste
· 1 ½ tbsp ground coriander
· 1 tsp cumin powder
· ½ tsp red chili powder
· 2 cloves powdered
· ½ tsp black pepper powder
· ½ tsp cinnamon powder
· 1 tbsp organic tomato paste or use 1 tomato
· 6-8 Tbsp Cashew paste or use coconut cream
Instructions:
Put the oil in the inner pot and let the oil hot and sauté ginger and garlic for about a minute with constant stirring. Now add onions and continue to cook for one more minute. Add all the spices listed above and stir it more. Add tomato paste, carrots, green beans and stir for 2 more minutes.
Add cashew paste and stir well. Add rice and water as shown in the ingredients list and stir well to get an even mix. Now follow the procedure to cook:
· Close the lid of the instant pot and turn the steam release handle to a sealing position. Press Pressure cooking and set the timer for 4 minutes. When time is up, open the lid using 10-minutes natural release. ( that means you have to keep it warm for 10 mins)
· At the end of 10 minutes, open the lid and remove the pot from the cradle
