Vegetarian Tenderstem and Peanut Noodles

Ingredients:
200 gm Tenderstem
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 red and yellow bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
½ bunch spring onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 cm grated ginger
1 medium hot red chili
2 heaped tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 dried cooked egg noodles
Methods:
Take Hi-tech Claypot multi cooker and put oil to heat. Put tenderstem, both bell peppers, and spring onions over a high heat flame until they starting softens. Now add garlic, ginger, and chili and fry further 2 minutes. Hi-tech clay pot multi cooker gives the best of clay to the food and makes it healthy.
Take the prepared recipe into a bowl and mix peanut butter and soy sauce together then put into a Hi-tech clay pot multi cooker. Now take the mixture from the bowl and mix it with the peanut butter mixture. Stir it well and coat everything and cook well. Now serve cooked noodles immediately.
