Lemon and Coriander Soup

Ingredients:
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup finely chopped coriander
2 tsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
3 cups basic vegetable stock
2 tsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tsp water
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic and green chilies. Sauté all the ingredients on a medium flame meanwhile add onions to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add cabbage and carrots and sauté it for 1 minute.
Now add all vegetables, lemon juice, salt, and corn flour-water mixture, mix all the ingredients. Cook on a medium flame for good 3 minutes and stir it. Add coriander and mix it well.
Now Lemon Coriander soup is ready to drink. Serve it hot and enjoy this healthy drink, enriched with vitamin and nutrition.
