Lose yourself into the taste of Indo-Mexican Pasta
Pasta has been like worldwide. Today we will cook pasta that will give two different tastes, Indo-Mexican pasta. As the name suggests, 2 flavors will be added in pasta. Here we will cook it in Hi-Tech’s clay pot cooker to maintain the pH level. It decreases the acidic effect on the food and increases the alkalinity level in the food and make food healthy.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive oil
As per taste Cheese slice and cubes
6 Garlic cloves
1 Onion cut into big pieces
2 or 3 different color Capsicum,
1 Tomato, 1 tsp Oregano, Chili flakes as per taste
3 tsp Ketchup
1 tsp Garam Masala
Pasta 1-1/2 cup
Water – 1-1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
1 Carrot cut into small pieces
Baby corn
Black pepper powder
Milk and cornflour – 1 tsp and normal milk as per the thickness required
Methods:
Here we are taking, Hi-Tech Clay pot an evolutionary product that maintains the pH level of food and porous in nature like haandi.
Now power on the Hi-Tech Clay pot cooker, making pasta is at 3rd number so will choose 3rd option by clicking on the menu button 3 times. Pasts are selected for 1:30 hour, so we will change it and set it for 1 hour. Now press the start button and cover the lid for 2 minutes for heat.
Now put olive oil and let it heat, add garlic, onion, and capsicum, fry it for 2 minutes and mix it well. Add tomato, oregano and chili flakes, fry it for 3 minutes. Add some ketchup and Garam masala for an Indian touch. Cook this mixture for 2 minutes and add pasta 1.5 cup, the same quantity of water and add salt as per taste. Mix the mixture well, cover the lid and cook it for 15 minutes.
Open the lid after 15 minutes and stir the mixture. Now add other vegetables like carrot and baby corns, milk, cut the cheese slice into small pieces and black pepper powder. Add all the ingredients well and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
Pasta has cooked now, to make it thick add cornflour, milk, and cheese in very little quantity. Don’t mix it now; just cover the lid for the next 3 minutes.
Your Indo-Mexican pasta is ready now. You can serve it now. If you don’t want to serve it now then use keep warm option featured in clay pot cooker. Simply we can use this option for 2 hours but for the good taste of pasta and good texture, it is advisable to use this option for 20 minutes max.
Note: Don’t add cornflour in hot milk, it causes multiple lumps.
