Finger-licking taste of Paneer Tikka

1. 250 gms Paneer (cut into small cubes)
2. 1 Capsicum (cut into small squares)
3. 1 Tomatoes (cut into small squares)
4. 2 Onions (cut into fine rings)
5. 1 tbsp of Curds
6. ½ tsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste
7. 1 tbsp of Tandoori Masala
8. ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder
9. ½ tsp of Red Chili Powder
10. 1 tsp of Cornflour
11. 1 tbsp of Oil
12. Salt to taste.
Methods:
Cut Paneer into small cubes. Mix the curd along with salt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric, corn flour and vegetables. Keep it aside to marinate for 30 minutes. Apply oil to the Paneer and vegetable pieces. Stick the paneer and vegetables in rotisserie and place them in OTG and bake it on 180o C for 20 minutes and check meanwhile whether it is done properly or not. Now serve hot, crispy and delicious paneer tikka.
