Rapid Fryer Pakoda Recipes
The rainy season is here, it makes everyone happy. It is the best season to sit with your family and spend quality time. Whenever it rains, the first thing that comes to mind is Pakoras, everyone’s favorite. Its aroma and taste attracts everyone and makes irresistible. Rainy season gives cravings for fried food so it should be cooked in a healthy way. Use Hi-Tech Air Fryer, its Rapid Air Technology cooks food in less oil and keep it tasty yet healthy.
Ingredients:
Crunchy vegetables:
2 Onions
1 or half Capsicum and Red bell pepper
Cabbage
1 Carrot
¼ cup Besan or chickpea flour
¼ Rice Flour
2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
2 tbsp oil
Spices:
¼ Turmeric
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Cumin Powder and Carom
Coriander
Salt
Oil
chaat Masala
Black pepper
Curry leaves
Instructions:
For Batter, take all the crunchy vegetables in a bowl. Mix all the spices like turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, ground cumin powder, carom, coriander, chaat masala, salt and black pepper to taste. Now cut curry leaves and mix in the bowl. Add Besan, rice flour, yogurt and oil in a given quantity. Mix it all really well, Vegetables release some water so don’t add water for Air Frying. Let the batter sit for 30 minutes.
Now, preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 350F. After 30 mins open the batter and mix it well again. Grease the pan with oil and place the sufficient batter in required sizes.
Now set air fryer to 10 min at 350 F and press the start button. Shake filter once after 5 minutes and continue to frying.
Pakoras are ready now, Serve it with chutney and enjoy delicious pakoras in rain.
