Reasons for being thirsty always
1. Dehydration
Dehydration indicates that you need more, your body losing water. its effect can be seen on different body parts and in the urine. It can give you diarrhea, vomiting, sweating, dark colored urine, dry skin, headache and many more.
2. Diabetes
Nowadays, diabetes has become a very common disease. It increases the risk of dehydration. In diabetes, it directly affects kidneys to release an excess of glucose through urination. When we are drinking enough water it maintains hydration level in our body.
3. Anemia
Unhealthy red blood cells cause Anemia. It can lead to poor diet, heavy bleeding, weakness, quick pulse, dizziness, and yellowish skin, etc. Anemia gives you a craving for water. It gives excess thirsty
4. Chronic stress
Adrenal gland in our body goes to under-function, which may cause chronic stress, dizziness and etc. It increases thirst in your body to raise your blood pressure.
5. Thyroid problem
The thyroid is a gland located at the bottom of your neck, which is responsible for pumping out thyroid hormone. We all are aware of the problems, begin with the thyroid. The very less known issue is that it gives you dry mouth (1), which increases the thirst.
6. Excess salt in a food
Salt is the main important part of the food as well as for the body. Salt is responsible for sodium and chloride ions, these are important for muscle functions, fluid regulation and regulating blood pressure. Slat pulls water out of the cell and forces the body to conserve as much water as possible. It becomes the reason for less urination and that’s when we start to feel thirsty.
7. Exercise:
Our body needs water during exercise. During exercise and workout body loose fluid via sweat, one should drink more water to replace that fluid. If we don't do so, it increases excessive thirst.
8. More outing in sun during summers
Its summer, Sun is all hot and dry, we spend much time outside. It makes you dehydrated. It is good to carry a hand bottle all the time whenever you are out. it helps you to stay hydrated for longer.
9. Medicines can also be the reason
Some medicines affect your mouth and make it dry. It makes you excessively thirsty. Some of the medicines may give you dry mouth effect.
