Hi-Tech Claypot multi-cooker Foodie Friday recipe

Let’s start cooking Kashmiri Dum Aloo with Hi-Tech Claypot multi cooker:
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon
2 cloves
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
¼ cup tomato puree
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
½ cup cashew nuts and magajtari paste
1 tbsp Curd
Half boiled baby potatoes
½ cup of water
Salt as per taste
Instructions:
First-half boil some baby potatoes. Now take Hi-Tech Claypot multi cooker and plug it on a switchboard. Now press “Menu” button and select “chicken Veg/Non Veg”, now select the “Start” button. Now open the lid and put oil, Jeera, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, ginger paste, garlic paste, Tomato Puree. Put them one by one, stir it well and cover the lid. Now let it cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes open the lid and now add 2 tsp of Coriander Powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp cashew nuts, and magajtari paste, 1 tbsp curd, now add ½ cup water and add salt as per taste. Stir it well and cover the lid. Cook for some time and check in between.
Now open the lid and food is ready. Serve it in a bowl and enjoy a tasty and healthy meal with your family.
