Ingredients
- 1 kg of powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup of whole milk
- 2 egg whites
Method
- Pour the powdered sugar, milk and egg whites in the bowl of the mixer and beat it using the balloon whisk attachment until thick and glossy at Speed 2.
- Mix the batter until it is light and consistent.
- Stop when the icing gets stiff enough to pipe,
- Pour it into a bowl and use accordingly.
